What a great experience we had when we visited to view a potential first family car. I was quite nervous as I’ve never gone to a car dealership before and you always hear the horror stories of being duped or coming away unsatisfied but that absolutely did not happen when we visited! You made us feel comfortable and at ease immediately with your great banter and we could clearly see your wife is the oil to the motor that makes everything run so smoothly at Perry Road Autos haha! We were asked questions about our lifestyle, our daughter and whether the car would suit us, clear honestly was given straight away when it came to any scratches and scrapes to the car and it was clear that we could trust the advice we were being given. Which in this day and age is priceless when it comes to buying a car! We were so greatful for the warranty being explained to us and reassured we could call anytime for advice or any troubles we were having. We purchased the vehicle and we’re allowed to leave it there for a week whilst we sorted the insurance and are so excited to collect it. Thankyou for your time and your honesty, and I really hope Ipswich get into the premier league for you! Haha! ??
Brought a lovely Mercedes b class was a pleasure doing business an easy transaction great communication honest about the car which was great to see and the car looked even better then the pictures I came from portsmouth to pick it up and they helped by giving me a local taxi number to pick me up from train station would highly recommend and I will coming back with repeat business ??

Perry road autos were absolutely brilliant josh dealt with me and didn't hound me. he gave us space to look around and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. They are an honest company and every car there looked emacualate. I went to see one that had only just come in and wasn't prepared so saw any little blemishes but josh was honest about it all and all got sorted so when it got delivered to me all cleaned and done up I was really impressed with the service. Will send any one I know who's looking for a car your way.
